Tapenade is a traditional French condiment made with olives, capers, and other ingredients. It can be used in sandwiches, on pizza, or as a dip. If you like olives you will love tapenade!

There are a lot of recipes online but I chose this one from “Loving It Vegan” blog: OLIVE TAPENADE. Tapenade is traditionally made with olive oil but I made mine oil free.

What I did differently and clarifications:

-Used jarred kalamata olives packed in water instead of oil

-Did not use olive oil

-Did not have fresh parsley so used 2 tsp dried
