Learning Mind-Body Skills




Although Mind-Body skills can be learned one-on-one, it is most effective when learned in a group setting. Members receive education and training in techniques to reduce the unhealthy effects of stress. Techniques include meditation, guided imagery, and biofeedback/autogenics. Dr. Tallio will be accepting interested and appropriate patients to form groups of 8 people as a Mind-Body Skills Group. Sessions are held for 2 hours, once a week for 8 weeks with new skills learned and practiced every session. The sessions, attended in Dr. Tallio’s office and instructed by Dr.Tallio, are billed as group office visits so are covered/reimbursed similar to other clinic visits.
